Friday 15th March 2024 - The Business Growth Edition

Aimed at any business owners and leaders, this Pop-Up Wellness Festival will start with a morning of networking, business growth & strategy-based workshops. And then it’s time to switch off & take some time out for you.

As with all the Pop-Up Wellness Festivals, there will be a variety of health & wellness workshops from natural movement sessions and woodland walks to healthy eating, managing pain and improving your sleep.

Sunday 30th June, 2024 - Women's Health & Wellbeing

Body image, confidence, stress, energy, menopause, trying to be everything to everyone!

This is a weekend aimed at providing a much-needed space for women to take some time out for themselves. The workshops and activities will be designed to tackle specific issues that come up throughout a woman’s life, as well as generally supporting, empowering and inspiring everyone to find the right way forwards for them.

As always, the idea is that you make it a day to suit you by picking the workshops that take your fancy or feel like they are exactly what you need right now!

Sept/Oct (Exact dates TBC) - Autumnal Retreat

As temperatures drop and the night’s draw in, this is the perfect time to take some time out, check in with yourself and ensure you are looking after your own needs (not just everyone else’s!)

Woodland walks, sound baths and meditations to yoga, breathwork and journaling. This is your chance to relax, reflect and refresh at the end of another busy summer.

This is the Big Picture Vision

The space and community I would love
to bring to life. 

However, I am starting out on the path to building it by creating the same premise, with the same vibe, and the same celebration of exploring what feels right for you and your health & wellbeing, but on a smaller scale.
